Drapac to Sell North Melbourne Headquarters

Drapac executive director Michael Drapac said the developer had simply outgrown its 320 square metre architect designed office in Courtney Street – and that staff will move to larger offices at 200 Queen Street.

Drapac will call Queen Street home until 2010, when it plans to move to a new 14-level, 6-star green rated strata office development, currently under construction in Victoria Street Carlton.

Jones Lang LaSalle agent Dominic Gibson has been appointed to sell the vacant building with Steve Messina. He expects it to fetch more than $1.5 million and attract owner occupiers and investors wanting to be on the city fringe.
