It follows the $481,000 sale last week of an investment property Mokbel owned in Canberra Street, also in Brunswick. Developers have flocked to the suburb this year, with the former Tip Top Bakery building in Edward Street, and another large land parcel in Linden Street expected to make way for medium density apartments.
