Developer snares Rockdale apartment site
A permit-ready Rockdale development site has sold for $8.5 million.
The 1306 square metre block, 401-405 Princes Highway, is earmarked for a seven-storey complex with 43 dwellings and two ground floor retail tenancies.
The deal – with a local builder – values each unit at $197,674.
It is also $1.5m over reserve (story continues below).
Savills’ Nick Lower and Selin Ince were the agents.
Rockdale is about 13 kilometres south west of Sydney, near the airport.
