Developer buys another Kingsford Smith Drive site
Frank Developments has picked up the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission headquarters of a decade, opposite Breakfast Creek and the Brisbane River, in Albion.
The off-market deal for 60 Kingsford Smith Drive set it back $16.5 million.
On 1640 square metres with three street frontages it contains a double storey office with 1638 sqm; each floor has water views.
There are also 34 car parks.
The Hamilton border is a block away (continues below).
“The deal continues our partnership with the developer following our sale of 92 Kingsford Smith Dve [Hamilton] to the same group in early 2025,” MP Commercial’s Mike Walsh, who brokered the deal with Peter Court for a Melbourne private investor, said.
“The latest transaction is a natural evolution for Frank Developments as they continue to make their mark on this unique and boutique riverfront pocket,” he added.
Albion is about five kilometres north east of the CBD.
