Design firm leases Flinders Lane HQ
Design firm Principals will relocate its headquarters between Melbourne laneways.
The agency is paying starting gross rent of $670 per square metre, per annum, for the penthouse of 333 Flinders Lane, next to Customs House.
All up the lettable area is 345 sqm; newly renovated, it includes a 12 person boardroom, two smaller meeting rooms, three unisex toilets, showers and kitchen.
Principals has signed for an initial five years; it will relocate from 43 Hardware Ln (story continues below).
