Crown International Pays Becton $15 Million For Parramatta Development Site

The Crown International purchase comes months after Crown completed Gallery, a $120 million, 246-apartment project building on Cowper Street.

Peter Karam and Anthony Khoury of Khoury & Partners marketed the 45 Macquarie Street site.
