Council swoops on Rouse Hill land

The Rouse Hill site is permit-ready for a commercial mixed use project.

The Hills Shire Council has bought a commercial mixed use development site in its municipality.

The 1.84 hectare Rouse Hill holding, 288 Annangrove Road, at the V-intersection of Edwards, in a growth corridor near several sprawling housing estates, set it back $15.5 million ex-GST.

Zoned E3 – Productivity Support, it comes with a permit the buyer issued, for an office, showroom and warehouse – all up with 9628 square metres.

Part of the block contains a heritage protected residence expected to form part of the mixed-use project.

The buyer is responsible for delivering roadworks and services (story continues below).

It settled in seven days.

Oma Land was the seller.

CBRE’s John Micallef, Moshe Greengarten and Shaun Timbrell were the agents.
