Two Melbourne agents quit agency

Another week, another round of staff moves.

This week, DTZ director Matthew O’Halloran accepted an executive position with Grollo Group’s Equiset.

Managing director Lorenz Grollo expects the appointment to bring leasing expertise and professional capacity across growing company, which this week unveiled plans for a $60 million redevelopment of Docklands’ Goods Shed North.

Another executive  making the move from Collins Street is CBRE director Simon Dal Zotto, who will quit agency altogether to establish a new fibre optic cabling business based in Queen St.

Last year that broker sold a Macedon mansion once owned by the Pratt family.
