Chantoozie Tottie Goldsmith lists Melbourne apartment

Chantoozie Tottie Goldsmith, also known as a singer, actress, Olivia Newton-John’s niece, and the daughter of nightclub king Brian Goldsmith, is selling an apartment in Melbourne’s bayside St Kilda.

The “oversized one bedroom or optional two-bedroom” dwelling within a 1920s complex at 20 Princes Street is expected to trade for between $600,000 and $650,000 at auction this weekend.

It is being marketed by Jellis Craig’s Talia Tomaino and Andrew Macmillan.

Ms Goldsmith (pictured left in the top image) renovated the unit since buying it for $537,500 in 2013, creating a dining room in what was once a second bathroom.

Flat 11, on the first floor, has north-facing views over a front garden of the L-shaped Art Deco complex called Wyndham (pictured above, left).

The property is walking distance to the Fitzroy Street retail strip and Albert Park Lake.

Billionaire businessman Larry Kestelman recently completed an apartment project, The Marc of St Kilda, at nearby 2 Princes Street, behind the Elephant and the Wheelbarrow bar.
