CCB Leases Collins Street Office, Melbourne
CHINA Construction Bank (CCB) – reportedly the world’s second largest bank measured by market capitalization – has arrived in Melbourne.
The group has leased 400 square metres of retail space and 235 square metres of office space at 410 Collins Street for five years.
The space is being refurbished and is expected to be trading within eight weeks.
