CBIC Spends $22 Million on Brisbane CBD Office Building
Council staff are expected to move into Ann Street by Christmas or early next year, the AFR reports, and after a major refurbishment. Office space not occupied by the council will be offered for lease.
The $123 million CBIC was established by the Brisbane City Council with funds from the sale of the city’s water assets to the Queensland government.
