March 17, 2009 Marc Pallisco Cargo and Logistics Management Quadruples Industrial Space in Derrimut, Real Estate News, victoria

Knight Frank’s Matt Crofts said CLM outgrew its previous 1000 sq m facility, also in Derrimut, after winning several new contracts.

Mr Crofts said Melbourne’s western-suburb precinct was the city’s largest industrial market, with some 7million sqm of stock. Of this he said 185,000 sq m, or about 3 per cent, was vacant.
