Kroger, Peacock list South Yarra pile in parts

Michael Kroger and Ann Peacock, who recently separated, have amended the marketing campaign for their South Yarra home.

After not selling for months with a $10 million plus guide, the 1263 square metre pile will be offered as two residences: an 1840s Gothic Revival with five bedrooms, is now seeking $6m while a fully renovated coach house is asking $3.5m.

Kay & Burton’s Andrew Baines and RT Edgar’s Greg Herman are the agents (story continues below).

The vendors acquired the smaller property – on Caroline Street – to incorporate into the yard of the main house which fronts Gordon Grove.
