Brookfield Multiplex Pays Aspen $25.3 Million for Perth Development Site

November 1, 2010 Marc Pallisco Axiom, Brookfield Multiplex, charter hall, Mounts Bay Road, Perth development site sale

Alan Bond, Kerry Packer and Warren Anderson have all owned the site in the past.

The site is on Mounts Bay Road in Perth’s financial district.

Savills Western Australian office negotiated the sale.
