Bridge Street Plaza trades for $10.5m
A Sydney investor has spent $10.5 million on Toowoomba’s Bridge Street Plaza.
The shopping centre, on 8100 square metres at 546 Bridge Street, on the south west corner of Boundary, was renovated early last year.
It contains 2497 sqm of lettable area; ALDI is the anchor.
There are also 108 car parks.
The sale was negotiated late last year by Ray White Commercial’s Stephen Kidd and Elliot Kidd (story continues below).
Six contracts were submitted, the agents said.
“This sale reinforces the fact that there’s still plenty of wealth out there looking to be placed into quality assets underwritten by the property fundamentals being location, tenant diversity and lease strength,” they added.
