Bradbury mall collects $18.2m

Bradbury Shopping Village has sold for $18.2 million.

On 1.32 hectares, the outer south west Sydney centre contains 185 car parks.

Foodworks is the anchor.

The 3557 square metre complex at 100 The Parkway also contains 17 specialty stores including a pharmacy and medical centre.

Colliers’ James Wilson, Steam Leung, Alex James-Elliott and James Cowan said Bradbury Village has the potential to earn $1.25m net annual rent in its current guise.

On that basis, the market yield is 6.87pc (story continues below).

The property also has repositioning potential – be it via a refurbishment or changing the tenancy mix.

There is development upside over some of the car parks too.

The vendor paid $15m in late 2015; at the time the land carried a permit for a childcare centre

Bradbury is three kilometres south of Campbelltown.

The centre contains 3557 square metres of area and 185 car parks.
