Beller agencies rebrand to Aston Commercial and Buxton

The Beller Real Estate brand will be no more from July 1.

Beller Commercial, founded in 2007 by Fred Nucara and Andrew Fawell (pictured, top), will be known as Aston Commercial.

A play on words – the name was chosen to highlight the agency’s key market as ‘A Ston’nington specialist.

“The rebadging…is an important evolution that will combine the past experience of Beller Commercial to expand its roots in Stonnington to encompass a broader client base in metropolitan Melbourne,” Mr Nucara said.

The broker has more than 550 property owner clients evolved organically and from the acquisition of other businesses including over recent years TBM Commercial and Little Commercial.

Its management portfolio – with more than 1100 commercial assets – is estimated to worth more than $1.7 billion (story continues below).

“Whilst we have rebadged, it is more than a logo,” Mr Nucara added, saying clients “still get the same high-level quality team” which has become renowned for offering a personalised and specialist service.

Buxton Stonnington

Beller’s residential agency meanwhile, in Chapel Street, Windsor, will be branded Buxton Stonnington.

That division will manage residential investments estimated to be worth about $1.5b.
