Australian Red Cross Leases 1,000 Sq m in Southbank

The humanitarian group has signed a five-year lease, paying an annual starting rent of $280 per square metre.

Savills executive Phillip Cullity said the ARC wanted to retain a presence in Southbank, where it has been based for many years.

The new office will be used for administration staff, and as a blood donor centre.

Mr Cullity said the moves paved the way for the ARC’s outgoing building, a 2800-square-metre former laboratory, to be refurbished.
