Australian Ballet Spends $10 Million on Altona Office Warehouse

Australand has committed 15 hecares of the 33 hectares of the estate west of the CBD. Other tenants in the park according to Knight Frank who sold the warehouse, include McIvor Contractors, Sergi Cranes and Toll.
