Australand CFO Tiernan O’Rourke Quits

Australand today announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Tiernan O’Rourke. Mr O’Rourke, who has been Australand’s Chief Financial Officer for the last three years, will leave Australand at the end of the year.

A formal search process to identify and appoint a new CFO will commence immediately and will include both internal and external candidates.

Australand’s Managing Director, Bob Johnston, said “Tiernan has made a significant contribution to the Group as a member of Australand’s executive management team. He has been instrumental in seeing Australand through a challenging period and in helping to ensure that the Group is well positioned for the future.”
