Aussie Farmers Direct Leases Factory in the West
AUSSIE Farmers Direct, the to-your-door grocery business, has leased a 4744 square metre industrial warehouse in the western suburb of Tottenham.
The Melbourne-based company, who in four years has seen its customer base increase from 30 to 70,000, said the business needed more space to accommodate the increase in staff and demand.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Ashley Buller and Robert Mirabello negotiated the lease of Building B, 33 – 65 Paramount Road.
