AsheMorgan, Dexus trading Brisbane office

AM60 was developed in 2009.

Dexus is speculated to be selling another major office, this time in Brisbane’s CBD.

The AM60 complex at 42-60 Albert Street is believed to be trading to AsheMorgan for c$200m.

Developed 15 years ago, with 21,263 square metres over 21 levels, it occupies 1800 sqm with 119 car parks.

Dexus paid LaSalle Asset Management $161.3m in 2014 for the Wholesale Property Fund which has recently been shedding other offices including in Milton, 33 Park Road, which collected $45.35m from the Conias family.

It also recently shed a half-stake in offices at 309-321 Kent St, Sydney, 124 Walker St, North Sydney and in Canberra on Moore St.

Meanwhile the manager, for the Dexus Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund, last week bought a quarter stake in Westfield Chermside – Australia’s second biggest mall.
