As part of the sale agreement for 20 Martin Place, ANZ will lease new banking chambers within a proposed Martin Place refurbishment.
Pembroke is reported to be paying about $95 million for the asset according to property advisory firm Landsburys. This sale price translates to $6112 per square metre of office space. Developed in 1970 the building has 15,542 square metres of office and retail space.
