All Industries Solutions switches Truganina HQ

The Truganina property was for sale or lease during construction. It can now be marketed as an investment.

Blackwood Downs Building Services has secured a tenant for a Truganina industrial facility it was constructing speculatively while offering for sale or lease.

The five year deal with All Industries Solutions is at starting annual rent of $150,000 excluding GST and outgoings.

The facilities management business will move within the suburb – specifically from the street west of Port Phillip Prison, to the one east.

Its new base at 2 Mayer Road, with exposure to Foundation Rd, contains a 1462 square metre warehouse with eight roller doors, a wash bay and provision for a 3T gantry crane “all sought after features which led to the tenant pushing to secure the property before completion,” according to CBRE’s Riccardo Cappelletti.

An A-grade office adds 200 sqm to the lettable area (story continues below).

The structure occupies a 2716 sqm corner site with drive through capability.

Truganina is about 22 kilometres west of Melbourne.
