Albert Gasworks Site to be Developed at Last
Three bedroom townhouses in Laureate will start at $1.35 million, while the largest five bedroom properties – measuring about 370 square metres – start at $2.95 million. In total, the development will include 46 townhouses built over three or four levels, some of which will capture city skyline and water views.
Landscape designer Rick Eckersley will create the gardens and walkways within the project.
Mirvac said it hopes to start construction of Laureate before the end of the year. The first stage of construction, affecting land on the corner of Pickles and Graham streets, is due for completion in early to mid 2011.
