ACCC Chairman Graeme Samuel Sells Toorak Pad
After months on the market, the Michael Factor-designed three-bedroom apartment, one of only two in the mansion-style building, sold for a price believed to be about $3 million.
In the spirit of competition, Mr Samuel had several agents on the job including Kay & Burton, which sealed the deal. It is believed Mr Samuel will stay in the Toorak area.
