Growth corridor
The Morayfield amalgamation includes 2-22 and 34 Bridges Road and 200-206 Hauton Rd, part of Morayfield South, a 900ha emerging growth corridor, about 40 kilometres north of Brisbane’s CBD.
The broader precinct is expected to eventually accommodate about 26,000 people in 9,800 dwellings.
Its proposed structure plan includes new residential areas, schools, parks, retail and community hubs, and transport infrastructure.
