Centuria sells investment after leasing campaign

Centuria has sold a multi-building industrial investment after initially appointing agents to lease two tenancies.
The relatively small property, 43 Holt Street, Pinkenba, also marketed as Eagle Farm, collected $11 million.
On 4789 square metres at the north-west corner of Lavarack Avenue, in Brisbane’s Australia TradeCoast precinct, near Kingsford Drive and the Gateway Motorway, it contains 3839 square metres, in four tenancies.
Centuria paid $6.3m in 2017.
“With two tenancies vacant when the purchaser committed to the acquisition, our team successfully secured two new lease commitments further strengthening the asset’s income profile,” CBRE’s Braiden Farrer, who brokered the deal with Nick McGovern, said (continues below).
Also this week, realestatesource.com.au reported Garda sold an industrial investment in the suburb after a surprising vacancy, for $33.25m.
Pinkenba is about 10 kilometres north-east of Brisbane’s CBD.
