On 2.747 hectares it contains 76 independent living units – with two and three bedrooms – a clubhouse and bowling green.
It forms part of a broader aged-care precinct with Menarock LIFE McGregor Gardens – a 91-bed aged care home.
Colliers’ Justin Hazell and Ian Sanders with ACSL Property’s Shane Nicholson were the agents on behalf of Advise Transact.
