Impact sells green Collingwood office
The Liberman family backed Impact Investment Group has sold a four and a half year old Collingwood office for c$110 million.
ASA Real Estate Partners is the buyer.
The 11 level, 15,311 square metre building hit the market in October with a $130m guide.
It was three years earlier for public sale seeking over $160m.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Leigh Melbourne, Nick Rathgeber, Mark Hansen and Daniel Wolman with JLL’s Piper Dedrick were the agents.

At the north east corner of Langridge St, the Collingwood office occupies 1150 sqm (continues below).
There are also 153 car parks.
The NABERS Energy rating is 5-star.
This pocket of Collingwood is about two kilometres north east of Melbourne’s CBD.
