Eldercare buys luxury aged care complex

The Findon complex contains 131 apartments in four buildings.

Eldercare has bought a luxury aged care complex in Adelaide’s inner north west Findon.

The $68 million Livewell by Aura complex at 89 Rondo Avenue contains 131 apartments in four four level buildings.

Units are configured with one, two and three bedrooms, with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Findon is about eight kilometres from town.

Resort features

Occupants have access to two chauffer driven cars, a GP and allied health services.

The complex also includes a heated pool and spa, cinema, golf simulator, library, community garden and high-end restaurant, Allison’s Kitchen.

Visitors are greeted by a 24-hour concierge.

Colliers’ Justin Hazell represented Jurkovic Group’s Livewell Communities, which developed the complex in 2022.

Following settlement, Eldercare will control 555 apartments in 14 villages.
