Virtus picks up vacant Kilsyth site

Industrial developer Virtus Property Group has snapped up a vacant site in Melbourne’s Kilsyth.

The 2.53 hectare property, 88-90 Canterbury Road, is speculated to be worth about $9.5 million.

Also with Liverpool Road frontage, it contains a 6800 square metre office/warehouse.

JLL’s Simon Wellock and Daniel Kelly brokered the off-market sale and are now seeking an occupier (story continues below).

The deal comes 15 months since Virtus, led by Peter Fountas and Angelo Bruno, paid Reece Australia owners the Wilson family $17.9m for an industrial investment at 74-86 Garden Road, Clayton.
