The junction connects St Kilda to Punt, Queens and Dandenong roads and the proposed tower will offer 360 views of neighbouring suburbs. Some units will include unimpeded views of the Melbourne CBD and Port Phillip Bay.
Developer Andrew Rice of Property Development Analysis Australia and Walton Construction were given the green light to build the project late last month. The development’s street address will be 3 – 5 St Kilda Road.
PDAA developed 10 Yarra Street in South Yarra, credited as being the first strata office development in the country to achieve a 4.5 Star (Green Star) rating and a Six Star rating for its internal fit-out.
It also retrofitted a 10-level office at 606 St Kilda Road, within a suburb defined as Melbourne and carrying a postcode of 3004. This office is not far from its 3 – 5 St Kilda Road proposal.
