Cedar Woods’ Williams Landing project approved

Cedar Woods has been permitted to build a $1.5 billion mixed use project in Melbourne’s west Williams Landing.

Victorian planning minister Guy signed off on the proposal for 2500 homes, last week.

The area’s existing retail zone will be expanded 10,000 square metres (to 25,000 sqm).

A sub-regional shopping centre is also earmarked.
