Westfield Sells Site Abutting Doncaster Shoppingtown
Earlier this year, Mirvac agreed to pay about $100 million for the Eastern Golf Course site nearby. The golf course is mooted to be replaced with a $1 billion-plus mixed use village of shops, offices and dwellings, including apartment towers along Doncaster Road.
