Wayne Carey sells Red Rooster Richmond
FORMER footballer Wayne Carey has sold two Richmond retail investments in deals totaling about $3.3 million.
At 294 Swan Street, a Red Rooster backed property traded for $1.85m.
Meanwhile a Blockbuster video store next door (298 Swan St) collected $1.44m (story continues below).
Both assets traded on a 5.9 per cent yield.
