Victorian Female Contestants Make Their Mark in Australasian Auctioneering Competition

The first Victorian heat will be on Tuesday at the REIV’s Camberwell office.  Victorian finalists will compete to represent the state on July 7 at the Pavilion Room of the Arts Centre. Members of the public are welcome to attend both events.

The Australasian final will be held in September in New Zealand.

Twelve hopefuls including Melissa Torcia, of Nelson Alexander Essendon, Freya Myles of Tiernans Real Estate Brighton East and Alisha Hobart, of Harcourts Frankston, will compete at the heat.

The REIV said that despite Melbourne being the auction capital of the world, the New Zealanders have won the past few Australasian awards.
