UnitingSA offloads West Croydon nursing home

The former St Teresa Aged Care complex is about five kilometres west of Adelaide.

UnitingSA has offloaded West Croydon’s vacant St Teresa Aged Care complex for a speculated $2.25 million.

After a campaign targeting developers and investors, it is selling to another occupier – which will renovate it as a supported residential facility.

On 2787 square metres at 88-94 Robert Street, the facility contains a communal dining and lounge, nurses station, offices, consulting rooms, clinical suites and a car park.

It can sleep 46 (story continues below).

UnitingSA recently moved residents to a new, $55m integrated aged care and retirement living complex, at West Lakes, near Tennyson Beach.

The West Croydon property was marketed by Colliers’ Justin Hazell.
