Union sells Carlton HQ

The Australian Services Union has sold its Carlton headquarters of 36 years.

The three level office on 1026 square metres at 116 Queensberry Street, on the north east corner of Cardigan, collected $12 million with vacant possession.

An apartment complex is planned – the buyer, a developer, is as yet undisclosed.

With 2250 sqm and 25 car parks, the property was also targeted to investors and other occupiers.

CBRE’s Nick Peden and Jamus Campbell were the agents.

More to come.
