Two north Sydney offices sold
Two prominent north Sydney offices have sold.
In the biggest deal, 205 Pacific Highway, St Leonards – one of five northern suburb offices set above a train station, according to the agents – collected $44.68 million from McDonald Industries.
Completed in 2002, part of Winten Property Group’s Forum Plaza, it contains 7647 square metres over 12 floors, and 106 car parks.
On 898 sqm zoned E2 Commecial, at the north east corner of Herbert St, it also captures light to three sides and city skyline views.
The address, opposite Royal North Shore Hospital, is 500 metres from the Crows Nest Metro, set to open in months.
CBRE’s James Parry and Mitch Noonan with Colliers’ John McCann, Harry Bui and Catherine Scott brokered the deal; they marketed the property’s adaptive re-use potential.
HCF was the seller. Centuria owns the two neighbouring Forum Plaza offices – 201 and 203 Pacific Hwy.
Occupiers trade 110 Pacific Highway
Meanwhile, Indara Infrastructure, which formed when Axicom merged with the Australian Tower Network, has sold a nearby office – 106-116 (though commonly known as 110) Pacific Highway, Greenwich.
Ground engineering and foundation services provider Avopoling is the buyer – for $29m.
Like #205, near the St Leonards bus and interchange, the four level property contains 3482 sqm – part occupied by the buyer.
Indara is an occupier too.
There are also 75 car parks.
CBRE’s Alex Mirzaian, James Parry and Mitch Noonan were the agents.
Avopoling also operates from Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth offices.
