TRUenergy Expands and Re-Leases at 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Sarah Bidinost manages the building. She would not comment on the rent TRUenergy is paying, however sources say upper levels in the building are asking about $400 per square metre, per annum, before outgoings.

CPOF recently announced plans to develop a 20,000 square metre, 13-level office building next door to 385 Bourke Street, above the existing Galleria shopping centre and food court.

The likelihood of the new development proceeding is said to hinge on finding a major new office tenant, prepared to lease most or all of the space.
