Tiny Southbank Site Earmarked For Major Tower

In a show of what developers and planners can do on small sites, the former Phoenix Bar, in the CBD, and on a 163 square metre block, is being replaced with a 29-level, 28-unit apartment complex which will rise 88.5 metres.
