Premier John Brumby Supports Plan to Improve Docklands

VICTORIAN Premier John Brumby has backed calls to improve social infrastructure at Melbourne’s Docklands precinct, which has come under scrutiny since new Lord Mayor Robert Doyle said the $7 billion waterfront precinct lacks "social glue".
