Gandel and Colonial Open $140 Million Wing of Chadstone Shopping Centre

Nine years after the Australian Catholic University sold its 4.9 hectare Chadstone campus to the Gandel Group, the shopping centre owner will launch its new $140 million Chadstone Place retail and office wing.
