Clayton Utz Goes Hunting Early For Premises

Law firm Clayton Utz has used a slow time in the office leasing market to issue a 10,000-square-metre requirement for new, environmentally sustainable city offices, once its lease at the prestigious 333 Collins Street expires in August 2012.
