St Andrew’s Golf Course House For Sale
Knight Frank London has recently been appointed to sell No 9 The Links, St Andrews, a Federation mansion situated on the 18th Green of The Old Course, in Scotland.
The property, one of an exclusive handful built around the greens of the 600-year old world class golf course, has uninterrupted views down the fairway and across the West Sands Beach.
It will be sold in 12 equal shares with each share having the right to occupy the home for four weeks, split between two high season and two shoulder (low) season weeks.
Expect the asking price to leave a divot in your pocket though. Each share in the property is asking £750,000, or about $A1.72 million.
