Shark Fin House Building, Chinatown, Melbourne, To Sell for Some $7 Million

The asset was for a short period owned by local developer Drapac which converted the adjoining 140 Bourke Street building from a Hoyts cinema into a ten-level office building atop a shopping centre.

Savills director Clinton Baxter and Nick Peden are marketing the asset with Knight Frank’s Marcus Quinn and Langton McHarg.
