Shane Warne spends $3.35m in Sandringham

Shane and Simone Warne are understood to have paid $3.35 million for a rundown bayside property with plans to demolish and rebuild.

The Victoria Street property spreads 2,694 square metres and contains a 70 year old, four-bedroom clinker brick.

The upper level of any redevelopment would offer water views.

A tennis court and garden, as well as a large home, could fit on the block.

Sandringham is two suburbs south of Brighton, where the couple have owned before, and near Black Rock which is where Shane is reported to have spent part of his childhood.

Buxton Real Estate marketed the Victoria St dwelling.
