Servcorp leases penthouse Sydney office
Servcorp has leased the penthouse floor of Parkline Place – Midtown Sydney’s first office in nearly a decade.
The co-work outfit has committed to level 39, 252 Pitt Street – a 748 square metre space – for an initial 10 years.
With the deal, 80 per cent of the c47,800 sqm Premium-grade building is full.
Oxford with Mitsubishi Real Estate completed it last year with a neighbouring build to rent tower.
The properties sit atop the Gadigal Metro stop, which also opened last year.
Office fills up
Insignia Financial was the first group to lease 252 Pitt St via a pre-commitment for c8847 sqm in 2023.
BDO later signed up as did the state government’s Department of Public Prosecutions, Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
The Solicitors Office has leased a space too but hasn’t moved in.
Parkline Place also contains Australia’s first Kyoto Katsugu restaurant.
Batch, Starbucks and Grounds of Alexandria have retail tenancies as well.
“Having Servcorp in Parkline Place adds enormously to the benefits available in the building and encourages more people to experience the stunning design, transport connectivity, retail and dining options alongside the views from the top,” Investa head of Leasing, Mark Podgornik, said.
The tenant operates out of 150 locations including Dubai, London, New York and Paris.
