Sentinel offloads only Toowoomba asset
Sentinel Property Group has divested its only Toowoomba asset.
The fund manager is finishing in the black from the disposal of 7-9 Gardner Court, Wilsonton – collecting $16.25 million against the $11m it paid in 2020.
On 1.68 hectares, the complex contains 7305 square metres in 11 tenancies across five buildings.
BD Agriculture, CEEM Engineering, Supercharge Batteries and Sunpork are amongst the occupiers.
Fund sheds asset
Sentinel bought 7-9 Gardner Ct from the developer, FKG, which completed it in 2005 (story continues below).
It has been held it in the open-ended Industrial Trust.
Colliers’ Dan Dwan brokered the off-market sale to a local private investor.
Wilsonton is about five kilometres west of Toowoomba’s CBD.
